If you love food and slaying then the 4th edition of the Tokosa Food Festival is the place to be this month.
The Tokosa Food festival is expected to bring to life a wide range of cuisines from around the world such as Japanese, Mexican, Grills & Barbeque, Continental and many others.
The festival will take place at the UMA Showgrounds in Kampala at the Tokosa Food Court exhibition area with great Tokosa deals from all their partners including a Shell Gas special offer.
The event will also have a dedicated children’s area with lots of games & entertainment as well as a junior chef competition.
At the previous third edition of the Tokosa Food Festival, all proceeds went towards supporting the Bless a Child Foundation, a beneficiary that aims at providing improved childhood cancer care services. However, this year’s edition focuses on a new charity called Grace Villa in Kabale.
The Grace Villa is a charity that provides disadvantaged girls with support and recently started the Wateeka initiative to offer free lunch to school-going children that may not afford it. The Wateeka initiative will receive a new Shell Gas Kitchen with a year’s supply of free gas. The Bless a Child Foundation will receive a year’s worth of Gas Refill for their new kitchen.
The event is supported by partners such as Coca-cola, Jumia Food and Ugachick.
Event participants can look forward to a family and friends fun day with awesome food, deals, amazing MCs, great music by leading DJs, signature and engaging cook-offs, children’s play area plus games, World Cup screening and so much more.
The gates to the event will be opened at 10am on Sunday, June 17 at UMA Show Grounds Lugogo. The tickets go for Shs 10,000 for adults with free entrance for children below 10 years. Don’t miss out on this plot.
